[05:34:51] <Kev> It happens when the muc tries to send a message to a participant, but the participant's server can't be reached due to an s2s error.

[05:37:13] <Kev> ejabberd 2.0 had huge s2s bugs that meant that it happened very frequently that s2s failed, and thus people were kicked from mucs.
[05:37:31] <Kev> They say that's fixed now, and so it's s2s failure by other causes when it happens.
